DARRAN BUTLER - Aspiring Writer
My name is Darran Butler. I am 33 years old and live in Cairns, Tropical North Queensland, Australia.
Over the years of my young adulthood I felt ambitious, wanted continuous fun and itched to travel the world. It wasn't until I was in my late 20s, after losing my mother in 1999 and my father in 2004, and going through the growth that comes with such tragedy in one's life, that I began to feel an overwhelming urge to help others to prevent heart disease, high blood pressure and other chronic disease through optimal health.
I hope that with the articles I write, the blog entries and the book that I can make a difference in this world. I am committed to working on how to present this book and its subject matter in as many ways as possible.
My aim is to write about how we can achieve the best balance in optimal health. I want to write about this and then begin promoting the book and the concept. I know that writing is a journey and not a destination. I take this step by joining Book Creators Circle to begin my own journey as a writer, to learn about the writer's journey and to continue to write, so that I can help many others. |
