Remco Rijsdijk - Aspiring Writer
Remco Rijsdijk was born in the Netherlands in Hardinxveld-Giessendam, forty kilometers from Rotterdam in 1978. Remco is the youngest of the family with one brother and two sisters. He has an extensive sporting background in Basketball and Badminton (at National championship level).
Remco attended and completed a university degree in Business Administration in Rotterdam. He has worked in a management role and now works in finance for the Dutch ministry of agriculture in The Hague.
Remco enjoys travelling and after university travelled with two friends through Europe, Asia and Australia. His most interesting and memorable experiences were on the Trans-Mongolian Express from Moscow to Beijing.
His most life-changing travel experiences have happened in Australia where his creative talents, including his writing skills, have been explored, encouraged and supported.
Remco Rijsdijk is now joining Book Creators Circle as he aims to write and complete what is his dream for writing a children's story. |
